		<description>I did buy some MBTs, over a year ago, and am now so completely hooked that (a) other types of shoes make my legs hurt, and (b) I had to buy the sandals last summer, too. You don't buy MBTs to look fashionable, that's for sure. But if you need to work on core stability, then maybe they are for you. They take a bit of getting used to, but they're amazingly comfortable. I'm now after a pair of the walking boots - did you see any of those at Dr Boo?</description>
